I went to Sawako-san's place, and it was so much fun<3<3 
Great food, my amazing family, and wine.  I had a lot of wine lollll 
And it was funny to see some of them drink.  My post doc is an extreme lightweight, and he died. lol.  But it was nice watching informative TV lolol.

Friday, I went to lab a little early to work on microscope stuff!  I was in front of an inverted microscope for 5 hours, trying to find the cells that have both EGFP and Lifeact.  I was pretty unsuccessful, though I was able to see cells with both actin and myosin fluorescing :D  It's so pretty<3 ( Read more... )

Today was an aight day.  whatever that means.

I almost missed the bus, but then I got lucky and got to sit next to the Chinese cutie.  ^__^  I got his email address and invited him to hang out with me and my crew on Friday~  woo!  We're gonna go out for dinner and then smuggle in some alcohol into karaoke<3  muhahahaha<3<3
